TURN AROUND TIME IS 6-8 WEEKS


Overview

  • As every custom order sign is unique, they all have a turnaround time of approximately 6-8 weeks after the approval of the design.
  • Spaces are limited. If you wish to secure a spot for a custom order sign, you will need to pay this custom order deposit listing. 
  • This custom deposit fee will serve to design your mockup, which is a digital preview of the project. This $60 fee will be deducted from your final quote.
  • IMPORTANT: This is a non-returnable fee.

What to expect after I pay the custom order deposit?

  • After you pay the custom deposit fee, we will work together through all the steps required to design, pay, and finish our project.

  • In order to gather all the information needed to design your artwork, you will answer a questionnaire. We will then be able to provide a quote based on the information provided. 

  • When we agree on a design, and the pending balance is paid, the construction process will begin. You will always have direct contact with us in order to know how the project is going.

How do we design your sign?

  • We will gather all the information we need when you answer our questionnaire. When we analyze the information provided, we will be able to provide you with a mockup and a quote. You will have two opportunities to tell us how we can modify or change the mockup. Once we agree on a final mockup, you will then be required to pay the remaining balance of the invoice. This payment is required before we can begin production.
  • IMPORTANT: Final invoice payment is required for production to begin.

How much does a custom sign cost?

  • The cost will be determined based on design, materials, size, and time required to make it. I can accommodate the design and style to suit your budget and needs. 😊

Returns

Do you accept returns?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

For that reason, we also do not refund money once a product is bought. 

If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within three days of product arrival at thewishingtimber@gmail.com. 

We will take responsibility if the product arrives damaged. For us to take responsibility, it is required our client provides proof of the damaged box and the damaged product within three days of product arrival.
